What is the method of layoff communication? Are they doing mass conf calls, is your direct management contacting you directly, or are they just emailing you with separation information? Just trying to be prepared. For what to expect.

I have confirmed with multiple sources that they didn't receive any feedback from your direct manager or even the senior manager. So, how can they assess our performance if they don't even know our names?

Somebody said their org was hit again, is that even possible? I thought every org that was affected was already told it was now safe. Did I misunderstand?

The most messed up part about the layoffs besides the layoffs themselves is torturing people for weeks and weeks while they wait to hear their fate. It’s just cruel and the worst possible way to conduct business.

Anyone know when the leaders deciding the company would need to eliminate 25-30% of corporate/back office positions? Was this in the works for awhile?

Just going through the terms of the severance package, 44 pages. It states that they recommend contacting a lawyer before signing. Has anyone that has received severance with T-Mobile done that?
