Electronics went hourly a year ago and my income dropped $20,000 a year less than before. Now I perform at $13.50 a hour level rather than the $21.50 I was making before. I just do the minimum now to match what Sears thinks I'm worth!

If you google Kmart in AZ there is only 1 listed in the Phoenix area and only 12 in the state.

This was a sad black friday. Not many customers as in years past. It didn't help that our system kept going off line the whole thanksgiving day and black friday.

Sears needs to grow a backbone. One not made of greed. They need to show other retailers they have integrity and have family values. They should shut down on thanksgiving. Then maybe people would have respect for them and come back.

Will bringing back the Blue Light Special help bring back customers or is this just another gimmic? If a Blue Light goes off at Kmart and there are no customers to see it will it make a difference?

I don't know why sears has policies. Managers will not follow them. They say no returns after 30 days. But we return anything. Even if its not from sears. All they do is make employees look foolish. They should back them up.
