It's nice when corporate visits. The store is clean and we have enough workers to cover the floor. Normally the store is a mess and were under staffed. There are never enough people to cover the floor. Even on signing days we never have enough hours or people to do the job. So the store never gets signed correctly or some areas not at all. Sears is foolish.

Our store is the same. They will not even have lights on in the stockroom. Fun trying to find merchandise. Thank goodness cell phones have lights.
