Im one of the Sales representatives that are being let go on October 2nd. Im in northwest Missouri. They are also expanding my territory into Iwo and more stops in Nebraska. I have over 30 years of experience with this game, and I'm totally sick of this!! They're running this crazy business in the ground!! Never had enough help and they always say they're looking and recruiting but always the same answer! Can't find anyone!!

@235 I agree, this was once a great company, I am from the Nabisco era, and the Kraft /Nabisco wall to wall,
Stores, we had everything locked up, I merched , on the weekends and I had to stock the pizza’s, face up cool whip, cream cheese, and hit the Kool Aid tower up, along with Nabisco backstock. Displays, everything was tied in to Kraft promotions, I have said in previous posts, that they need to give back the creativity of display .

They know what sells , Mondelez is slowly pricing themselves out of the market, No new items? What happened to that, we had to have 100
percent distribution week one.

@OP Sad to see what has taken place at this once great company. When Mondelez took over in 2012 after splitting away from Kraft Foods. CEO immediately began to minimize the Nabisco brand by removing it off of packaging (Triscuits and bel vita). Thought was people would think these were healthy items and would perform better on their own without the Nabisco logo on them. What was once a family name is no longer. Quality throughout the portfolio has diminished immensely. Former CEO Irene Rosenfeld built a state of art bakery in Salinas Mexico. That bakery still supplies a lot of products on store shelves today. Sad to see them take away retirees benefits.

Kraft was a great company to work for! Once that ended and Mondelez management took over it went south for employees real fast! It has continued that trend!
Not to mention former CEO horse face Irene Rosenfeld who spun off Mondelēz from Kraft and appointed Dirk Face! Couple of corrupt looters!
When Dirk was hired he was noted as being one of the most highly overpaid CEOs in the country. Corporate greed at its finest.
Yep. And in case people are not aware. Mondelez just cancelled benefits for retirees. These are benefits we earned and were promised at the time of retirement. Thanks greedy CEO.

….ya’ll ought to shut it down ….meaning if at least 50% or more of entire RTM’s(SR’s)MOWs/Merchandisers, across nation stayed home, you realize the impact, it would have across the board to their operations? Just saying!

Yup and when they do hire someone they end up quitting a month later. It never ends. Mondelez is toxic
