End of Q1 is what I’m hearing. Has anyone else been noticing the consultants and computer updates?

How about we layoff the consultants? BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey ,Bain - they are stepping on each other to provide the same recycled information originally developed by FMC employees. Haven't seen any original thought out of any of them, but we are paying them millions. True sign of failed leadership.
@1n8 - didn’t have a mtg move from last week
Are you absolutely sure that meeting notice wasn't from the 14th and you just missed it? I have it on good information that it was supposed to happen on that date. Back me up people, Mr. 14th? you around?
The heck are you doing checking email on a Sunday. Whatever it is that's your karma for letting that intrusion destroy your peace on a Sunday.
Got a mtg notice from my boss today. The topic doesn’t make sense and is suspect. Ford likes to cut at the end of the month. Could be something could be nothing. Let’s see if other people get odd mtgs on their calendars.
14th? Who, what, where? Am I safe? Omg...I thought it was the 14th. Better go ask Derrick. He survived these predictions...he'll know how to handle this.
Its coming...
@vf It is unlikely, that they can't hire quickly enough in many areas. I would not be surprised if underperforming areas such as software development experience a decline, as it would be challenging to have such significant failures and continue with the same workforce. A new strategy will likely begin with smaller teams and grow organically.
Heard atleast 4800 to be cut by end of Q1
We need to focus on the 14th and why that prediction was a failure. We cannot move on until we have closure from that.
I wanna know why this didn't happen on the 14th you fraud!
It was supposedly January 14th and a hundred other days last year. LOL
I've been posted legitimate things I hear. I was told last year by a very informed LL5 there would no major layoffs in 2025 and there were not. I have no idea about 2026 so far.
But as I posted elsewhere, 5 days a week is coming for RTO as well tracking employees with a system used in the India offices.
@d8 the dog did or did not, this is an important topic, get a straight answer…
This time it's for sure as it was just confirmed by my LL7. OP needs to find something else to do and get a life...
How is model e safe when EVs are the reason we are in this hole and we cancel our ev programs. They should be cut first
@OP Time to take up a new hobby.

Model e is safe. The company cannot afford to reduce resources in its most important activity. The company's future would be at stake in such a scenario. Legacy areas likely are open for reductions. That's just reality in todays mobility business.
@cp whole company, staff, ops, everything is on the table.
Are these layoffs for the entire company or just under model e.
Confirmed by my cat.
I heard it will be the biggliest layoff ever!
@bp yeah, let’s talk about the 14th?
Suuuureeeee..........
Hearing what now? What about the 14th? Let's focus on why the 14th never panned out before we just move on. Let's talk about the 14th and how that was a failure. Only fans accounts are still up. Incompetent people are still employed. You failed us Mr. 14th...shame.
Wait wasn’t it Jan 14
