Thread regarding Edward Jones layoffs

"Selective Enforcement"

I would encourage all Edward Jones employees to familiarize themselves with this term.

@qj It has noteably deteriorated in the last couple of years. I don't even recognize this company anymore.

the hr team at edward jones is one of the worst run I have ever seen. my wife was a recruiter until a few years ago and couldn't wait to get out. not a single person on their leadership team has real hr experience or knows what they're doing. they have some really good folks below but the top line, a joke. the leader has no credibility, we may as well scrap it and use ai like some other companies are doing. entire companies are standing up with no hr department outside of payroll and recruiters and a few hr managers for complaints. would be better than a new behavior model

Sounds like favoritism and discrimination.

I would think this will apply to certain high level GPs that won't have to follow the new in-office policy.
