Just got my notice of required training for workplace violence. This usually goes out right before layoffs.

@hn nobody got laid off from the ACA exit. I’m told that the entire business had their jobs secure until at least the end of 2025 (with some corporate caretaker roles secure into 2027 as things wind down). I’m hearing this from people hired out of the ACA line who pretty much didn’t have to work from the spring until they secured their new role.
Maybe Aetna had culled so many previously that they couldn’t spare to lose people from the ACA product?
@ss Imagine being big mad on the internet after learning that people didn't lose their jobs this week. Let it sink in. Praying for you.
@p4 just like you! Why don't you go and do your work!
@np Another swing and miss by the perpetrators of fear mongering that have nothing better to do, but comment and wishcast here. Until next time...
looks like this is just all the hype. no layoffs news whatsoever.
Do you pay any attention? This is not true because everyone takes it every single year. This has nothing to with layoffs and is misinformation.
PBM won a number of new clients next year, such as CALPers. The previous mass layoffs were due to loss of Centene and Medicare market etc. Now we are pulling out from ACA. I think we should be good. But changes of business line would be inevitable.
Boy, talk about reading into every small thing.
Yeah.... It's mandy, but if you're getting laid off, then to h3ll with it, don't take it.
What b.s.
It goes out every year either way.
This is mandatory for everyone.
