I suppose it varies by region. I've looked at the Obamacare policies and even the platinum plans are lousy.

@nn Thanks. I've looked at "Obamacare Platinum" plans for my age group, which are high deductible plans, and they cost as much as $1400/month
@OP I called the benefits office, and for my plan (a high-deductible + HSA plan), I was given an estimate of about $700/mo medical, $60 dental, and $22 vision. Since the HSA plan was always cheaper than the PPO plans, I would expect it to be higher.
