Probably hit a rule. No names/PII here unless it’s a public figure. Also, when bashing those, stick to their professional failures rather than looks or private lives - there's plenty of material there anyway.
I can't see this site managed by Dell. They may send emails to people that run it asking to delete things. Heck, whoever runs this site may delete things because of their beliefs.

Yes, ones that threaten employees when they don't complete surveys...because they have 100% participation tied to their bonuses
