@jc remember the late 90s and early Aoughts when she was the role model and face of new Oil…Even Shell tried to make a facsimile and recruit to that spec…then 2010s came along was encouraged and a more diverse and representative group of people were promoted. Now a cautionary tale of what happens when your artificially inflated at the expense of others. The SS couple played games and now the husband has a hard morning experience

How will Meg view Starlee? As someone she can cultivate or a remnant of a bygone era that is detrimental to the companies morale and productivity. Remember when all attention and efforts were focused on her success while others were neglected. Is this servant leadership?
As long as all the undeserving folks that have been promoted in middle and senior leadership hold on their jobs, nothing will ever change!

@a6 this last couple of weeks on The Layoff have been very prophetic…most posters were ahead of the news by predicting events and scenarios…smashing! Now let’s realize that bp has a lot of changes to make and that the biggest hindrance is that parasitic middle management group. They power through fear and platitudes..
KD is actually the secret traitor….I’ve seen her traitors cloak hanging up in her office. Rumour has it that CH is also one of them. Next round table will be interesting.
KD is indispensable and know where all the bodies are buried…plus MO can utilize her as a sacrificial lamb after the next round of layoffs
