Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Organizational Health Index Survey now live

Received my 'invitation' to participate and complete this survey which is a vital part of Leadership's efforts to proactively manage Truist's health. After Dr McKinsey provides the results from the check-up, wonder what medication will be prescribed? Imagine antidepressants and reflux medications will on the list.

I always fill it out. And I never inflate the ratings for fear of being caught. You want to get rid of me because I say this place su-ks because this place su-ks? Fine, let's get the wrongful termination case underway.

Does anybody else’s manager STRONGLY encourage you to complete these surveys. They use the excuse that they want 100% participation. If it’s voluntary, why are you threatening your employees to complete it?

I am not filling it out. At this point I am going with not saying anything says a whole lot more.

You’re assuming they actually read the results.
