@fz I believe its to do with a manager who was also part of the leadership team in one of our plants carried out unfair lone meetings with employees on discipline and basically considered himself judge and jury without contacting hr or the rest of the leadership team.in one particular case he fired an employee he disliked for drawing a love heart on a whiteboard.

Just can't afford to have mediation agreements leaking and the subsequent disruption caused by chatty managers on the floor.Thence the company is only protecting itself against future case's arising.
