So how is the new RTO 'mandate' going for everybody ?
So far nothing has changed at our office and management seems to not enforce it either.

I found someone took my usual spot when I walked in and smelled really bad.
There are other stalls, other bathrooms. And since you realized that you smell really bad take a shower before coming in.
It’s been great! Managers/directors enjoy WFH more than employees, so they cannot lead by example and won’t enforce it. People don’t ask about it anymore and create their own impossible work schedules to get things done. It’s bad for team morale but hey, Cisco created this work culture and we still get a full paycheck. Maybe it won’t last forever, but enjoy it while you can. This is coming from somebody on the HW side.
I like the office
Generally speaking Cisco offices are good for the most part
People's productivity is debatable thank god we have good partners

If I have to be miserable coming into the office, those around me are going to be miserable as well. No showers, no deodorant.
Well that stinks, hopefully everyone is maintaining their hygiene before coming into work.
For the love of god, please use cologne, perfume or something if you know you stink.
RTO does not apply in Sales or company wide.
