Retiree Question

Hey anyone who retired last year and eligible for 2025 bonus...did you get paid today and if yes, was it mailed or direct deposit?

@e8 that is the HR answer… in reality everyone leaving is being downgraded.

Bonus payout percentages are driven by performance ratings. If you performed well you get a good percentage if not you will not.
A retiree should be rated on the performance during the period when they were still working. The payout will prorated. If you did not work the full year in the performance period you will only receive a percentage of a full bonus at your performance factor. If you worked for half of 2025 and you were granted 100% of the performance factor your bonus payout will be 50% of the total you would have been given if you worked the full year.
Bonus payouts are on March 20

The bigger question is how bad did they get sc--wed. I understand that the bonus would be prorated but your leaving org still throws in their %factor. I have been told by an LL6 that they essentially tank your bonus if you’re retired. Your factor is like 50% or less
