@kt yeah ML already has substantial equity exposure through RSUs/PSUs. I do think it is telling how his ownership is largely compensation driven and not personally purchased. He’s basically saying this reset is not investable with my own money.
Probably unpopular opinion but to be honest I don't have a problem with ML not buying shares in fiserv
I think it's financially prudent not to. He's an employee at the end of the day. Already receives incentive shares + income from fiserv. It's reasonable to diversify

I've followed this same mantra at previous employers too even if those companies were going well
I worked for Fiserv for 15 years. The number 1 thing Fiserv did was take from the employees. They wanted some strong culture but you can't get that when you consistently show you don't care about employees. Also I can tell you this isn't just Fiserv and while I don't like unions, it is the reason unions exist. If there was ever a company that needs a union it's Fiserv.

Not true. That’s a target max if the company does good. And the stock the guy got to replace what he was giving up from his last company isn’t worth cr-p now.
