The talent is too cheap for PepsiCo to not continue down this path. They continue to open offshore offices even though the work output is terrible.
@OP Nah, there’s a lot PepsiCo and several other companies have invested in GCC. Look at several former PepsiCo employees from Hyderabad.
They stayed for a short time and jumped ship to other GCCs in Hyderabad.
