Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Investor Day

What a load of Rahul, no growth till 2029, that's a massive 12 years after the birth of DXC, and 6 years after Rahul took over, another 3 years away from now. Rahul thinks his swung another $80 million in pay but Wall Street is never going to buy it that far into the future. Watch the share price at $4.

Is investor day when the c suite work out how they’re sorting out their bonuses while sc--wing everyone else saying there’s no money?

DXC will happily pay a premium to hire new talent. Often on little more than what their CV says and a quick interview. Yet can't or won't justify that sort of pay for it's tried, tested, trusted and loyal staff.

No wonder everyone gave up trying, and won't help, in fact often seek to hinder progress for new hires.

@m4+1ktxqp49j we have seen it before Mary f was on $5.7 million for HR work. How can you justify that at the same time as saying there is no money for pay. Same for Kaveri she came in on top pay, lasted 1 year, then Raul said she wasn't good enough but gave her a made up role. Now we have Holly. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out whats going on.

@m4 Yes, of course.

Their selection over more competent long tenured colleagues (female or otherwise) must have been entirely due to the deep expertise they acquired during their decades long careers at the wildly successful technology company called "The Fernandez Group" which had successfully navigated many of the same issues facing DXC through bold and innovative leadership.

Any other explanation would surely be disgustingly rude or simply absurd.

@js the disgusting comment is around how that post described female colleagues. Anyone who agrees with it is a disappointment and a troll.

@e0 Be honest, would you buy a used car from any of the three people mentioned?

He seems to have been replaced by hottie Holly G on stage who kept nodding her head. She seems to have replaced cumhere as well.

"Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Anthropic have announced a global partnership aimed at advancing the use of AI in large organisations."

That was today.

Anthropic getting into to bed with anyone and everyone.

That's all about their IPO and nothing about any of these minor names they are collecting along the way.

So I've seen people say Oasis can achieve 60% but then when asked if that's real they said well probably not, maybe it's 20% max and then I see the investor say it's 80%+

Absolute sh1t.

And as for "production grade security"... Don't make me laugh.

Even worse Rawuland Del Bean projected 0–4% organic revenue growth in 2029.

That could mean 0% growth in 2029. Then they wonder why no one believes in them.

what a laugh that was more of the same fantasy talk, no actual growth to be delivered, just hot air pipe dreams. You expect growth in 3 qtrs by a decent CEO. If you have these so called tools like Hogan and Oasis why arent you growing?
