At some point you realize the job is just a paycheck. All the talk about loyalty, impact, and family is a sales pitch. Do your work, keep your boundaries, and stop believing that going above and beyond will save you when budgets tighten. And you'll be much happier for it in the end.

Blah blah blah. Not leaving without my severance. Why? Because shart doesn't want to pay it. F him, he doesn't get what he wants. Maybe if he wasn't a liar that fired all my coworkers I'd be retired already, who knows. Doesn't matter, I'm getting my 14 months of pay from that smug little clown.

Whatever can be done to shut down Wells Fargo via merger or buyout. Advisors should at least care about their clients and reputations. Don't go with a firm that has a stained reputation and your jobs will be easier.

People love to whine and cry about how bad it is but then do nothing about it. Constant complaining is as bad as WF’s treatment of people.
Of course they want people to quit so do it and find another job. Many of us have left for better places. or do you prefer to just be a drama queen and claim you are entitled to something? People like that have no skills and cannot find a new job so they just whine and cry and bring everyone else down around them.
Get off your phone and be an adult. You are not that important so quit thinking you are 🤷🏻♂️
You realize that people rely on those paychecks to live, right? I could GAF about Wells Fargo, but I definitely care a lot about if my family's going to have enough income to get by. Last thing in the world I want to do is go job searching in this environment

All true, but WF will never succeed with an uncaring workforce, and that's what's being built by HY right now. It's sad to see. I'm glad I'm close to retirement. The key to my happiness is ignoring the executives. Don't listen to anything they say. It's all BS, lies, and treachery, and I don't need that in my life.
