Anybody listen in on the call with the fighter pilot this morning at 9 am talking about Leadership? What a bag of hot air! I wish I had a dollar every time he said ‘fighter pilot’ I got nothing from that call.

@de what a dipsh-t
Truist employees complain about everything and most of them are exBBT. The company will always lag until that toxicity is gone. Please continue to offshore….its our only hope.
When talking about light aircraft pilots like I'm sure a lot of you are.
Sir, we work for a living read the room.
Just a terrible call and the speaker! Most people on the call could barely relate to the F16 rambling. There was NOTHING inspiring about the call. The only inference was elite looking after anther elite.
You know it's not going to be too exciting when someone starts by telling the same story from 25 years ago. Has nothing else happened in your life since then? How about telling us a leadership story? He was an individual calling his boss who told him to call a different boss. Reminded me of when BB&T repeatedly had Nido Q tell the same story over and over about coming to US.
His speaking rate looks like $10k to 20k.
Completely tone deaf and insensitive to say he will apply retrospective insights given, after ignoring valid feedback about the absurdity of 5-day RTO for the past couple weeks, hiring his friends while skilled fellow teammates are being laid off, sitting in his plush home office while delivering a message that doubles down on everybody else's RTO. Gaslighting is at an all time high.
That was indeed amusing. An hour talking about trust when there isn't any at suntruist.
How much was his honorarium? What is the cost of 1 hour of lost work for every person on that call?
