I'm sorry to say it, but Dell leadership is some of the worst in the industry. They're ignorant, they're incompetent, they're untrustworthy, and they're unqualified. Pure shiit leadership at Dell.

Why are you sorry?!?! They’re incredibly incompetent people who are just slide jockeys with Bain. Bain literally runs this company.
They’re yes men and women who will do anything for a buck. Imagine being that selfish, egotistical and greedy that you would spend almost 100% of your time at a place that doesn’t care about you at all? They don’t think they are replaceable either, but are 100% replaceable. Everyone is.

If you are talking about layoffs and the effects of layoffs, there is nothing leadership can do. It comes from the top. The Executives have made a decision with plans none of us see. You might as well get used to it because with all the AI stuff happening, leadership from everywhere is emboldened to cut people.
If you are talking about day to day pettiness, making you do something for the sake of busy work, etc, that is something else.
If you are young, remember, strive for financial independence. Strive to have enough savings/investments to be able to quit on your terms. It's a long rode to get there but once you are there, it is good.
Yep. It’s absolutely horrible. A technical company with absolutely no technical leadership. They live in the clouds and are d-mb as dirt.
