So is the hybrid or remote working for part of the week just brushed under the carpet now, the question never even gets asked anymore at Townhalls
I assume it's just never going to change it will always just be 5 days in office.

Except for EVPs and new SVPs who can work remote and do, everyone else has to be in the office. Interesting that the leadership is able to be hired in states with no offices and fly in when wanted. But, rank and file is supposed to be in the office.
Half of my team in HRHV are remote.

@db WFH isn't happening for most of us. We know, we've all seen the memo. We’re here to vent a little. If we want WFH we should find another job. Ok got it! Is anyone giving you the employee of the month to say this?
WFH is not an option for most. You’re expected to be in office. It’s unfortunate that some locations and some managers have a policy that doesn’t match yours because that’s what keeps this topic alive. It should be put to bed. Understand this: if WFH is that important to you then find another job. If you keep pushing for it then you’ll be on the RIF list at some point.

my manager allows me to work from home as much as I like. However I like going into the office so go in most days but the flexibility is there when I need it.
Can’t believe they have stuck to this “better together” line. Most teams are working with associates in other locations daily and the company results have not got better with this rigid WFO mandate. This was all about FB’s paranoia and Takis could undo all this in a heartbeat. It’s not right that half the workforce needs to be in the office all the time and the other half never.
@bg the only thing clear is you have made your job your personality, think that the bare minimum is called "flexibility", and that you have your manager's boots so far down your throat that you can see their socks out the other end lmao. You'll just end up getting laid off like the rest of em eventually.
What's even wilder is that a lot of people I've worked with at Fiserv think that this is normal...
@bp but that isn’t for all departments. If I tried that I would get half an occurrence or a full one… honestly not sure. Crazy how each department can make their own rules.
