Promotion Pilot raise

I was submitted to the promotion pilot in GT and I was wondering how raises could potentially work? Assuming I'm going from 30-35 or 35-40, is there any guidance on how much I can expect for an increase?

Asking that question here is like asking a bunch of nannies how to properly shake a baby.

First red flag is you don’t know your grade and don’t have the ability to know the next one is +5. So you are fishing and highly doubt you’re really in a role or up for any promotion.

Who doesn’t know their grade? Come on now…

Every grade in every org has a salary range. Since you'll presumably be new to that range you'd come in at the bottom of it. If your manager has anyone already in that range they can see it in Workday and are supposed to be able to tell you those values. They can also tell you where your salary is in your current range while you are talking with them.

I'd be very hesitant to expect to see that promotion. Plan for the worst and you'll always be pleasantly surprised.
