From what I have heard through the rumor mill morale is non existent and people are worried about a second wave. Little work is getting done in most business units.

Bangalore and Hyderabad in India are having layoffs today.
My team was let go, my manager called us on Zoom and said it was restructuring from oracle nothing to do with performance.
After 2 hours, even he was laid off... lol

there were at least 2 EE Directors, hardware and endpoint based in CA that were affected

only one EE Director so far, long time asset, lately ran hardware (laptops and similar)

Lol, just moved from Meta to Oracle after surviving all layoffs. I came for the peace of mind 😅

I know some very good people getting laid off, as high as IC5. It's madness and makes no sense.
The only thing oracle is good at is laying people off and making people’s lives harder. I would rather retire and die early than work there.
There's no evidence they are close to starting in Fusion...
People got invited yesterday (Tuesday) for today. I feel like it’s gonna go on until Friday and I can’t even sleep because of it.
I don't think I'll be able to relax this whole week.
