Checked Workday and don't see an anything there. Do we wait for a snail mail copy?

Thank you!
If you were displaced in 2024 & lost access over 18 months ago - you won't be able to sign into Workday to download a copy. You no longer have access to Workday.
Supposedly they are being mailed tomorrow to the home address on file.
Thank God I no longer work for WF!
In workday, use the search function at the top type "My Tax Documents".
In the search results, select "My Tax Documents"
Your 2025 W-2 will be there for you to download, as well as a 1095-C (if applicable).
I was also displaced and downloaded mine last week.
I have the same question and no answer as of today. I had normal'ish work day access during my 60 day but once that ended the only thing I can access is pay-slips. There is no option to add anything else to your shortcuts.
You need to add the Pay shortcut to your workday and you can print it. There is a message on the teamworks home page with instructions. I already printed mine.

Helpful Tips:
• You can find helpful information on several HR-related topics by visiting the Contacting HR website.
• Email requests for transcripts, 1095C's, duplicate W-2’s or pay vouchers will be processed as soon as possible. Please do not contact Employee Care less than 2 business days after requesting a duplicate as this may delay your original request.
• Emails from unknown sources may automatically route to your Junk Email folder. Please check your Junk Email folder periodically for responses from our team.
The Contacting HR link in my emails no longer works.
These aren’t due til Jan 31 and then they can petition for it to be later; sometimes mid March. If no access via TW then expect in mail. I have yet to have an employer change the numbers from the last payslip of the year.
