not even subtle anymore just straight up cutting staff to post lower paying jobs (lvn vs rn), using vendors to take risk loss, cutting anything social work and replacing with an AI resource handout and most gross of all: eyes only on patients just out of the hospital. More to upcode, test, bill. Poor elderly...easy target. But lets have another townhall and discuss values. karma will eventually follow these strategy team vultures.

@cn dont forget constant mentions of a nanny who probably makes more yearly than an lvn. cruel and stupid to discuss in meetings. if an lvn was stuck with their child they would be placed on a pip.

I can barely feed my own family but hear about these exotic vacations management is going on and how they had to ask their housekeepers vacuuming to keep it quite while they are on a call. So out of touch with the common folks. Even if I made that kind of money I would remain humble. We are struggling yall. Many of us at the bottom watching good people get fired and hiring more vps and upper management, doesn't make any sense. Just make everyone a vp at this point.

Vultures is the perfect word for greedy Humana & Centerwell C-Suite Executives!!!

We see you C-Suite and the chaos you are creating. And we do not like what we see.

Making good employees to fall into poverty, denying elderly seniors of claims that the traditional medicare would have accepted and paid, and giving fake smiley townhalls and marketing messages about what great things you are doing?!!!

You disgust us!!!
