Seriously, the guy just cuts heads- couldn’t literally anyone do that? So what exactly makes someone a great leader? Apparently here it’s leading us to lots of debt, pi----g off most employees, forcing overcrowded buildings, having the arrogance to say this is best even though employee surveys says differently, constantly refer to other companies like Amazon that we are following- so really we lead in nothing, and of course the complicit board-made of of other people that knew best and pi---d off their own employees.

Who, besides typically VPs and above, receives restricted stock units -- RSUs -- as a part of their compensation package? Those options are reserved for high level executives.
@h8 It's a catch 22, I have to own T to vote, but the stock has been losing for the last rolling 10 years. Most of us should be doing an in-service rollover yearly into our brokerage accounts to give us a better investment selection. I do an in-service rollover yearly and invest in VZ and TMUS, along with adding any PSU and RSU units available. Don't take advantage of the ESOP, it only helps T in the short term.

You can cast your vote for the CEOs compensation package if you are a shareholder (you own T stock). It doesn't mean that your 'nay' will disqualify the compensation but it can be satisfying to know that you voted against it. Get involved!
Stop voting for p0liticans who support billionaires who ensure lobbyist are working with them to get corporations policies passed. And those policies never are to support workerbees financially or otherwise. And yet YOU still vote for the monsters! I mean wtF?
What has CEO contributed to T
I got a free $25 to buy at the brand shop to get a t-shirt I can use for painting.
I also got some popcorn at employee appreciation day a few years back.
What if we could all vote for CEO. Who would win the election?
Me: Hey ChatGPT, how do I run a telcom and be profitable?
ChatGPT: Do the opposite of John Stankey! Pay me $22M bi---h!
He’s delivered destruction. That’s it.
Zero value. Zero innovation. Zero respect.
@aj
You voted for this
@ck you sir are very correct… he managed…he managed to destroy a company then triumphantly try to bring it back by simply cutting heads. Sounds like a brilliant leader, sounds just like a modern day Steve Jobs.
@by because someone is a terrible leader doesn’t mean I need to run away….i opt to stay and make a difference in the area I’m in. Running as a first instinct says more about you doesn’t it?
@OP , he managed. That is what a managers does.
@by - as do you.
Stink made history for T!
It is not often that we have two CEO's in a row that are at the top of the CEO Wall of Shame!
And the Stink lightened T's bank accounts while loading his up!
Stink is a real POS megalomaniac!
100% correct and it will not get any better.
