@da+1kq3hfwp3 Then we move to RTO6... Just before SRD we were doing 60-70 hours a week, but Ford only paid 40. Managers kept pushing for more. Maybe will go back to that.
BTW, after SRD, people started reducing their hours, and since then, hardly any free OT. The company doesn't care about us, we don't care about the company...
So when quality still súcks, then what?

I figured with DF gone they would hold off. I kinda got the impression we went to 4 days because of him.
I thought they would have brought it back last year. Figured they were keeping it in their back pocket for the reason our quality su-ks.
They are going to enforce core hours again. Didn't even know we had them. Oh well, now I won't feel guilty if I don't attend meetings or check emails after core hours
