The management and executive leaders at Dell lie, cheat, steal, take credit for other's work, and basically walk on the backs of their employees. It's worse than I've ever seen it. Tell me I'm wrong.

I have had a few managers take my ideas and pass them off as their own. A long with a director. It's not like it doesn't happen. There are plenty snakes in the hen house.
Everyone knows the favored get the management positions. Not the talented. Just sneaks and thieves get the prizes.
Import the Third World, become the Third World.
Many such cases.
@cp sorry to disappoint you. No I’m just someone who takes a minute to see my coworkers and remember we’re human. To clarify I’m taking specially about management not the upper levels they’re too far removed and it shows. I just don’t let the negative take over and try to remember that good people get stuck in cr-p spots. And as I DID call out I agreed there are clearly some really awful managers at Dell.
@c8 JC, is that you? Don't you have some stupid ugly t-shirts to finish tonight?
Look, the truth is, I haven't had a good manager in the 10 years I've been at Dell. I wouldn't give a plugged nickel for any of them. That's the truth. What rock have you been living under?
Don’t make blanket statements like that. Are there awful managers? Sure plenty. But there are also some really amazing people struggling to help their teams as best they can. Management is the LAST role I’d want right now. I’ve never had a bad manager, and I’ve had several. I’m so sorry for those who have, I’ve heard stories that make me sick, but trust me there are truly decent human beings left and stuck is absolute SH-T positions where their arms are basically tied behind their backs. AND that role is shrinking and they know it that’s why Dells losing amazing leaders left and right.
Give me an example of them stealing.
