how about the team that deals with Trading Partners. i think its called edi gateway or x12 something
I am currently still working st csc and its astronomically bad. Directors are emailing help desk that the agents are the problem yet our staffing is only at 32 colleagues. There is noone taking calls that is a cigna employee at all. Everyone is now a contractor. Band 6 and down across the company and express their fears or being let go. We are very few. Their is no more training department. Just galaxy the team they contracted with now conducts training. There is a total of 4 americans left on the in line help desk. The que by 9 am normally reaches 300 plus calls in que. most of us have not heard from our supevisors since december of last year. This is currently the worst thing that i personally have ever been apart of
Im on the Evernorth Finance/IT side and its crazy. Avoid at all cost. Everyone under Ann D thats in America is getting gutted. Its almost weekly that I hear about a new person or team getting laid off. All my jobs now require me to work with hih workers instead of americans. The data upstream is getting worse each month bec the people hired have no clue.
I am curious too. Got laid off in 2023 and want to know if my team still exists.
CSC (TechCentral) for sure was affected big (especially on 2/19)
