@c1 everything AI isn't slop and everything done by humans isn't perfect. There is plenty of human slop being delivered as work for a paycheck. Read the posts on this site about all of the people who claim to only work 2 hours a day...

AI slop is creating a whole new business model
If you get an exemption you could still get fired eventually for poor performance. If your coworkers are performing at a higher level because they are using AI and it makes them more productive. The company isn't preventing you access to the AI tools you are refusing it. The bottom line is that you are getting paid to do a job and if all of your peers are doing 25% more work than you it will be hard to justify your existence as an employee. The company is still respecting your religious beliefs by not forcing you to use AI.
