Did you EVER personally ever work hands on in Technology, or just bounced around making PowerPoints and big words? You gave couple of million dollars to MIT media lab during your Safety CTO days. What product came out of that? How come you became CTO without ever being responsible for any technical development?

Every AOP planning is laughable. Walk me through how we meet the goals. Strategically how can we gain marketshare from our competitors with less skilled technicians, terrible offshore support, internal barriers to prevent frictionless orders and a Sales org that loves to talk but can’t execute. The erosion of good talent is draining legacy soul and backfill talent are high school aptitude paperweights.
