From a result standpoint, it makes no difference, if you’ve not had the vaccine, you get to wear a mask/muzzle/face shield. Simple as that. The company has made a choice, whether you agree with it or not. So far, the law is behind them on this one.
People who have had the vaccine, have a very significant chance of not getting covid. People who have had covid, typically have a lower chance to getting it again, however, they have an even lower statistical chance once they have the vaccine.
To those who split hairs on whether it is a vaccine or gene therapy, or whether it is “approved” vs “approved for emergency use”. Still doesn’t change these facts and you’re making irrelevant references.
You can even chose not to take this survey, certification, attestation, or whatever. They’ll just treat you as if you did not get the vaccine and put a mask on you when you come into the office. And yes, they CAN make this grounds for termination - without severance. Heck, technically, they could claw back if they really want to get nasty.
