First time in years I have heard NOTHING regarding Tell Dell results. Don’t get me wrong, I know the report if phony but usually the HR cronies are able to muster up some sort of positive spin on abismal results. Looks like this year there was literally nothing positive to spin.

Dell used the survey to make you THINK they cared about your concerns.
"Toss the slaves a chicken bone to shut them up".
Im a manager who got good results.
Shared action plans with my team and then drove what my team complained about… but this was completely my own doing. No one from above asked what or how I was going to fix things.
In my experiences, I doubt anyone beyond your direct manager is looking at the results.
In previous years the heat was there. This year and last year. Crickets.

@bk. I think more and more people were honest this time around. It was too much for Dell leadership and HR to spin a positive story. That's why they shiiitcanned it and you don't hear a thing about the results now.

It was so bad this year they swept it under the rug. It was too big to rig like they have done in years past.

Last year, my group received NO Tell Dell results. I know some groups received some results. Last year HR came out with a video cherry picking "great results".
This year, so far, not a peep.
They are striving towards less people. If you don't care about the people, why bother.
