Anyone else feeling super anxious to see how this RTO will play out? I almost feel nauseous with it all

You are going to feel a lot worse if you are part of the next round of layoffs. Have some gratitude for still having a job, and compassion for the the coworkers lost over the holidays!!
@fa Amazon is 5 days a week in the office.
@ck “like the rest of the world” umm no. Majority of companies are hybrid or remote. Only old school red bird banking culture companies are 5 days a week.
The RTO is what it is. But how about the pay cut we are all experiencing for added costs to commute, wardrobe etc? Yeah I get it, it was 5 days before covid su-k it up right? But what about those hired as hybrid since then? They got the shaft and have every right to feel betrayed.
This can’t be a real post right? Going to an office like the rest of the world is pretty basic. If you can’t do that, maybe this isn’t for you.

Wow, somebody FEELS anxious ? When coworkers have had their lives shattered.... Omg yes these posts need to end. Get a life. We need to keep informed of what's going on, not how people feel when they havent even been affected . Jeez
So sorry that you don't like it. Perhaps, instead of whining, you can be the change you want to see in the world.
Start posting high-quality content to counter the threads that don't meet your personal preferences.
Otherwise, find a way to live with it. Toodles.
These feeling anxious posts need to be stopped . People come here to see if there is any new uodates about RTO phase 2 and any layoffs . Not to see 10 to 15 posts saying same anxious stuffs
