Salesforce - stick a fork in it

So the goal here is to take longer and use an application that jumps through 9 different screens that serve no purpose. Bouncing little ba--s and a screen that just freezes. So what kind of kick backs did someone get paid for us to buy this worthless application ? Last time this happened - AT&T Wireless bought Siebel .............and then what happened ? Bub bye.

Agreed. ServiceNow is a huge ripoff.
It can only create etch a sketch types of content.

Don’t for the philippine call center ! They ain’t AI driven, buuuuttttt 100 times worse as well! Can’t get notes added to accounts, refuse give CUID info, then get pi---d when u ask for supervisors! But why they ask, I need this fixed right n correctly! Everytime we can get it fixed however these issues we could take care in store until they took it away for the COR stores!

Wait until "we don't need routers on our network because we can do it in software" Stank Speak takes hold of our network. Then salesforce, workday, and servicenow won't look so bad.

Has to be the worse program I have ever seen in 27 yrs of retail! The IPads can’t handle it, it you blind too much you gonna need a serial and token for sure! One transaction you must enter passwords 6 different times, on and on and on

Workday is equally worse. It took me to read documentation on how to find your 1on 1s. Apparently everything is hidden under 1 button called “Actions”, when you view your profile.

We timed it today, the average employee has to log in 43 more times in an 8 hr shift just to use salesforce. It adds 4 minutes of just bouncing screens to each transaction too. But you wanna know what's great ? This is really cool - when you type in a phone number of a business, it then launches you to opus in a " main number " on the account. So now your making changes on the wrong number on the account. You know, turning off phones, fun stuff like that. Nothing like having fun with an outdated unsecure application. Especially when you had a perfectly functioning one prior to that.

Please tell your leadership about your experiences. It will only get worse when BSSe starts converting wireless from Telegence and ACC is the only system that can service them.

Worked with Salesforce at other places. Always a nightmare and you can never get rid of the consultants you need to try to make it work. The only thing Salesforce does is make more money for Salesforce and the consultant ecosystem

Yes they’ve been buying software that his worse and slower than what it replaces. Service now and Atlas are both slower than the apps they replaced. This is a fact not a grudge. I’ve used both apps. I do think they could fix atlas on the backend just needs more resources. Service now not so much.
