I think that everyone seems to agree that the outsourcing of employees abroad (near or offshoring) is the biggest issue. If that doesn't get fixed, it will be business as usual.

As others pointed out , this 100,000 is a big nothing burger. It’s a business write off AND does not even affect for a re apply . 100,000 every two years when you are holding down two tech jobs. That still leaves close to 300,000..
