The unemployment numbers in the country are rising daily--now more than 7.5 million unemployed.
There are literally thousands of people ready and willing to take your job, work in an office daily and drive over 100 miles one way to ensure they have a paycheck for themselves and their families.
You certainly have a right to stand on 'your principles' and vow to continue to complain about RTO and your perceived mistreatment because you resent the corporate policy. And ATT can certainly enforce the RTO policy whether you hold your breath in defiance or write about it incessantly here.
But make no mistake about it, ATT will survive without you whether it's tomorrow or within the next 5-10 years.
We're all dispensable, even you.
I believe when employees find no redeeming qualities in their employer, whether it's their leadership, corporate decisions, policies, affiliations, culture, etc. those employees should find other opportunities because they bring no value to the corporation and other employees.
