@a5 Exactly that! Upper management gets reports that tell them how long each person has been in the office. If you don’t average 3/2 and your direct manager is supposed to discuss with you. If they don’t or haven’t been, they’re likely to get reprimanded along with you. This is not just one dept. we were told this is ALL team members who are required 3/2

@f3, this actually got confirmed today. Official announcement hasn’t come out yet (written email), but verbally came down today. It won’t start until 1/1/26 though.

Ha. They'll make them fit by simply firing thousands of more people until there's plenty of room. The whole "there's no space" thing won't stop the HY cancer from spreading.

Lots of core locations are struggling with space limitations even with 3 days. Unlikely that there would be company wide mandate for that reason. Policy since RTO started has been that 3 days is minimum, and individual groups can have different requirements.

We shall see OP. There's no depths HY won't stoop to in their quest to torment domestic workers into leaving, so it's certainly possible. They want us all gone.

@b9 I agree, if we have to be in the office a whole day for 8 hours, I need my own desk.

I am told we need to accelerate voluntary attrition by any mean’s possible. Phony reviews and ratings, slashing bonuses , I unrealistic workload and deadlines and return to office mandates are all in play.
