Is LTI kept and paid or do we lose it?

If you are 55 or over and are employed through September 1st you will keep it and it will pay in full on December 8th!

@be I remember now, you had to be employed past September or October to be eligible for LTI, they recently changed that rule

@b8 look it up in Your Total Rewards. That's the only place it is to my knowledge.

LTI is not part of severance. You lose it. The bonus is prorated. I know, I was laid off 6 weeks ago!

What is the severance policy, in a nutshell anyone know where I can find it or what it entails...

@at How do you pro-rate LTI?

It is in the severance policy - if I'm correct, it is prorated and you will not get it early and have to wait for the actual disbursement date.
