Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Union training?

Apparently all managers are going to some mandatory union training? They’re doing the training in waves.

Yes, and they are spending an incredible amount of money on it. No less than 20 people flew in from all over the country to our location to deliver this training. I've never seen anything like it. Designated HR people at each table to "lead" the various exercises. Multiple executives from HR and Legal. No training class I've ever attended had this kind of support. To me it indicates their fear. They are spending money on this because they fear the consequences of continued unionization, which actually betrays the message they want managers to deliver: "you're better off working directly with Wells Fargo". Are they?
