Forget management making you want to quit. The id--ts who laugh and cackle at every thing someone on a team’s calls says makes me want to leave.

I decide to write trash about my management in my self appraisal. Bottom 2 level above me is abusive. See if they lay me off to avoid the nuisance. HR will simply ignore my feedback and they rot in he-l with them. I don’t care.
