Yes, 100% true. People will be forced back into SF office, 333 Market. Unknown timing.
Owned buildings are what HY is trying to eliminate most. They want to lease everything outside maybe a very few select core locations.
It's an owned building.
I thought that building is owned by Wachovia, so that's WF property.

The East Bay folks are treated like animals. Smart people, tons of exp, who have been kicked and treated like dirt for so long. Its sad to see.
