It felt good. Really good. I know of three friends doing the same from the layoffs. Total lines are 26 leaving. The bill becomes untenable. Twice the price for the same customer service. Same overseas reps too. DPAs are paid too. No commitment. Just pay the final bill.

It's no secret that the VZ employee discount a retention mechanism, else current employees would have already left.

Yeah, no. I’d respect a port out to AT&T or Xfinity more but not T-Mobile. T-Mobile will always be trash

Its amazing to see all the DEI VZW shills down voting the OP and the rest that supported it. VZW is the Titanic. It is #3 in all metrics except the one that no one cares about anymore: 4G network.
Internal systems have become untenable to use. Call support has all but disappeared. Every leader that is sup and above are constantly in meetings. Numbers are manipulated using the Mark Twain quote "The three types of lies are lies, damned lies, and statistics.". "Leaders" come up with ideas and implements them just for the sake of saying "I did something" in inane attempts to keep a job, instead of improving the company.
Oh...and the creedo is dead. If only leaders followed it by example...and look where it got us.
