@aw COBC?????? Hahahaha. Stankey just got worked up and actually used the word “bi--hing” while he was sitting on the stage answering questions from the GLOBAL SVP HR yesterday during the ECG conference. Give me a damn break. We are way passed the “violating COBC” sheit in this org! If anything, Stankey that needs to be terminated after all the sh-t he pulled. But wait, he’ll never be held accountable for any DAMN thing. At least not that I know of. Never mind.

This guy is my hero.

I already looked him up and webphone and he’s an active employee.

Huge ba--s! Thank you!

You might be surprised that lowly "technians" have brains. Brains enough to not take a "management" job, with a 10% raise but have to be on call 24/7, loss of the pension and loss of health care in retirement.

Some people speak truth to power. Some people tell lies to weasels.
What camp or you in?

“ such a gifted writer…”

I mean, let’s take it easy. The guy is coherent, and it’s fine, but let’s not go overboard, shall we?

It is amazing that such a gifted writer is a technician. I guess that is where we are as a culture, with our poets climbing ladders and hammering nails. If I was in the C-suite I would not fire him, I would promote him to VP. Unfortunately, I am sure the HR paperwork is already in progress to have him terminated, because the good guys are not running this show.

Trying to use failed acquisitions to avoid RTO and working. Woo-hoo.

Deflections of a loser. :)

  • gluck gluck gluck* the sound of HR coming from the back office.

Everyone hates Stankey.
He’s become a running puncher-line in all the jokes even with calls including directors, VP’s and above - including discussions about RTO.

We all think it’s a joke, we do it cause we want to keep the money flowing but no one respects him, likes him, or believes in his vision.

He’s lost the room, and you’ll never be successful when your employees don’t believe in you.

He hit the nail on the head. Stankey lost the locker room years ago and his team can't win. I retired 15 months ago and haven't missed the toxic threatening environment. I had amazing and highly competent colleagues who I watched leadership decimate. Randall and Stankey singlehandedly ruined a once great company.

I mean I know he’s bargained for, so maybe a little more difficult to terminate…but he is still violating COBC with that post and I’ll be really surprised if he doesn’t get canned.

I have read some of his other stuff calling out his direct management team. It is shocking honestly that he is still employed here.

The only thing the SBC Good ‘ol Boys know how to do is ransack a good company and then run it into the Ground. Mission accomplished. 👏👏

Wow. Changing Stanky to Stinky hurts a little bit of the credibility for every non company person that reads it, but otherwise solid write up. It would need to go viral on every ex or former employees social pages to have an impact and start getting national traction, as current employees could be terminated for sharing something like this.

Have your Lawyers ready because you know they will surely come after you now for exposing the TRUTH. It doesn’t matter that you were Eloquent and provided facts to back up all your claims. By exposing them on LinkedIn (or any media) now you are a threat to the Establishment and you put their Agenda in jeopardy. It doesn’t take much to find employees who are experiencing the hostility and persecution you accurately describe in this essay. Perhaps your lawyers will want to make this a Class Action initiative so that others may join in express their solidarity with the Truths you have publicly and boldly addressed. I hope for all our sakes this becomes another Wells Fargo example of corporations exposed publicly and penalized for corrupt practices and Executive misconduct.

Damn. He laid it all out there. If Stankey were smart he’d listen. But we all know he won’t.

Thanks for surfacing. Way too long but the basic point about the note and Stankey’s arrogance is right on.
