Nice youtube. They should make a video for the bec being laid off. There is so much knowledge walking out the door. In the past we (tech) had to interview the heck out of the business manager/exec to get the reqs and specs. Now there is no one there. So we have to guess what they want. Then they wonder why nothing is happening. They don't know what wall of tech backlog they are making. Maybe they think TK will do her dance and it will all disappear with AI.
A steady progression of useless and imbecilic Heads of Technology. SVB, TK, now BE. How TK was ever given the keys to anything but a desk drawer is beyond comprehension. There should be a book on how she wasted time and millions delivering nothing but dances and self congratulation videos and useless award nominations. Take the lemon tree and shove it .
@at Cloud migration is a cluster f**k and an utter failure. Agile is so 2019, nobody cares anymore. AI is the latest hype and other than copilot and a few other things don't think there's a ton going on there. Plenty of pontificating and back patting, but frankly don't think there's much going of real value.
The major focus is data center migration and eplx now.
Just move on. Do you miss WF thaz much?

So where is agile transformation, cloud migration, broader platform modernization, AI adoption {and I don't mean All Indian}. I mean Bridget has been at Wells Fargo for over a year @ 28Mil/year. No one has said anything about tech on this board... other than offshoring. Is anyone doing anything?
