I've worked in some difficult places, but Dell has been the most frustrating by far. The management, processes, and supposed performance based pay all fall short.

I'd like to know how idrac is still a product. It is the worst software Ive ever used and customers hate it too.
@ez talent comes at a cost which will affect the share price. Low cost reps with the world leading SalesChat is the end game. These new recruits are leaving in the droves.
@as As a non lifer at Dell, I agree. Lots of people with big titles and salaries that don’t contribute…anything. We are choking on process and take forever to get anything done. Too many layers up top. I am amazed at how top heavy this company is. The longer here, the higher one is. It’s like people were promoted based upon tenure vs merit. Oh and this concept of you have to be in an office or at RR to move up is plain stupid. Dell is leaving talent on the table. Some great talent that our competitors are happy to take on.
I think it's because they've let so many people go, anytime you need something and email someone, most of the time, you never get a reply.
It's the pisss poor management my friend. Everything flows downhill from there. Dell has some of the worst management in the industry.
Not only are they completely incompetent and inept in their roles, they just don't care. That's a bad combination.
