It’s going to be a massive restructuring followed by years of downsizing as more and more customers move to inexpensive and better quality AI tools. They are trying to squeeze as much as possible out of the sales force in Q1 and Q2 before they have a big layoff.

Rumor has it that JH is planning big changes this summer. Fewer DMs fewer Reps, outside sales focused on biggest accounts. Big focus on growing IA. Larger inside sales team.
I can see why if the rest of country is like my territory. Few instructors on campus and OER slowly taking over. Now with AI free tools my territory will likely be in free fall in a couple of years. I don’t see how we can keep our marketshare or price points in the next five years.
Believe it... word is DM's are particularly at risk. No sev $.

@as OMG read the room. Hundreds of jobs lost over last few weeks. It is not stopping anytime soon. Fear mongering is for things not happening. It is happening.
@OP I don't believe this. How can HE sales be cut any further? What's your source? I think you're just a fear monger.
