Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Sub 50

This ship is sinking. Good Job Execs. Guess the 10% dividend boost didn't matter and your shareholders see the writing on the wall. Bye bye C Levels. Just a matter of a short period of time here. Should be a fun next few months.

This company has the same stock price of late 2013. What in the cr-p is going on?!?!?! Shareholders deserve better!

@ap the 52 week range is $46.16 - $82.74, that's a pretty wild swing. Yes, it's an equity, but, it continues to head down. Today, it closed close to the low at $46.95. Everyone's risk tolerance varies. I'd be on almost anything else. If the FT contract situation became widely known, it would drop further.

@et if it were merely undervalued, maybe. This is about a death spiral, so, no.

@et The opposite! Clearly something is going on. I understand that the market is bad at the moment but we've been falling for a long time now, and the only way out of it is with new leadership. Is it going to take falling to $40 to do it?!

Whats the reason for this stock drop? Anyone else think its a good time to enroll in employee stock program?

If you adjust for inflation, the stock is lower than it was in 2001. 25 years of growth has been wiped away.

Even if we went private at this point I think we would get more than 50 a share... I'm buying.

The dividend was boosted 10%? How? With all of the problems and losses? How are they earning enough to pay a dividend?

@a2 millions not just on Mckinsey, the abject failure to successfully transfer the Franklin Templeton TA to FIS has cost more millions. This should have been the shining example of the kind of work that FIS aspires to, but it all went up in smoke. FIS lost this contract and been assigned penalties by FT according to the terms of the contract in the meantime.

@OP hundreds of millions on mckinsey well spent
It will pay off getting royalties on a Harvard business case study about what not to do
