I think at least half of employees would be gone by now. The lack of jobs is the only thing that's keeping so many of us here.

@OP You can’t wait for that. Start looking anyway. I did found something and was out within 10 weeks.
Id say more than that. Everyone I have spoken to is keeping an eye on the market and resume updated for an opportunity to jump or volunteer next round
