@ag Dan was the lead independent director of the board, he and the rest of the board are responsible for the mess that was created. Boards are just kickbacks to buddies; it's the good 'ole girl and guy club.

Dan not the issue. Hans removed every direct and blamed all. His liberal goverance and inability to execute created a Vz culture of mediocracy.
Yet despite all, the Board allowed Hans to remain.
The headlines today provide yet another reason for Hans departure video from a conference room in HQ. Verizon's proactive willingness to give up Republican phone records over 2 years in some cases violated trust and privacy for our customers.
One person's view.... Hans was terminated to ensure Vz did not face both legal and FCC constraints.
Dan is needed as an outsider to bring in compentent Execs to clean up Han's mess.
